I got the juice pack helium for my iphone 5, they just released the
juice pack plus for that phone with a 2100 MA battery too. You could
also get an external battery pack, I think they have those as high as
1000 MA, but that would not protect the phone and would be an extra
item to carry around.

I don't know about the longest, but I got a Mophie 2000 mah battery pack
refurbished for $15.00. these can run upwards of $80.00> it's a good little
pack that also protects my 4S. Cheaper than having the battery replaced for
$40 or $50 or so. Quite happy with it.
