Dear list, While I can use my iphone 5 no problem, sighted friends cannot use it. The screen is completely blank. When the phone is switched off and re-started the apple logo is on the screen and then the time, date, etc. That lasts for a few seconds and the screen goes blank.
The voice over is working fully. Is there a setting I can adjust to resolve this problem or is there a fault with the phone? The phone is only a few months old.
