Well, I didn't get them specifically for music. They sound Okay, but only if I'm using them while just sitting waiting or not wanting good sound quality. They do feel odd if I've got them turned up as they vibrate even at low volume, and the higher volume increases the vibration on the sides of my face that actually tickles and then gets really annoying after a while.

I can hear them just fine, but at first I did have to fiddle with the VO volume, the headphone volume, and the volume switches on the phone to strike a balance, though because they're all independent of each other.

I can hear the GPS and conversation around me, though I need to concentrate more on each individual element just as I would when using and external device.

I can't understand how folks seem to like them so much. I bought them
yesterday and tried them out, they have awful sound quality and don't
exactly sound like normal headphones. When you're somewhere where
there is a lot of traffic, you can't really hear the iPhone or GPS.

They fit behind my ears Okay, but I've given up on getting them to fit
exactly across the back of my head. They sort of droop down like a
backwards blouse so they're almost touching the back of my neck between my shoulders. I have long hair, and even in a pony tail this can get a little

annoying, but I'm used to it. I've moved in all kinds of directions while
wearing them just to try to knock them off, including bending down to
harness and pick up after my dog and while the headphones shift some on my
face, they've never come off or even came close to sliding out of place.

Hi Lisa and others.

Now I have got my aftershokz bluetooth headset, and it is a great headset,
when you need to listen to a gps or taking a call while you are walking.

The only thing is to get them to fit on my little head, but ok it works.

Cheers Annie.

It depends. The volume of the phone call and voice over is still an issue

for me. I try locking the screen as soon as I make a call because VO will

announce the name of the person I'm calling and then give me the time
elapsed. I've turned off speech completely and have had good results with

that.

People can understand me just fine, but for me, the reception seems to get

distorted and can fade in and out, and this is with the phone in my
pocket.

The same thing happens if I'm listening to a streaming music station,
though. I'm not sure why as the phone is right next to me. I can start
walking while the phone is in my pocket and the music breaks up and comes

back, so I'm not sure if something is being blocked while the phone is in

my pocket or what.

There's also a slight delay from the time you issue a command like a swipe

or double tap and the time the next app is located or opened. I know some

of this is the Bluetooth, but it can get annoying, especially when using
both a Bluetooth headset and Keyboard. I'm a fast typist, so this
probably doesn't help, either.

Over all, I like this headset. Pairing was a breeze, I just turned it on

and then went into the Bluetooth portion of the iPhone settings and it was

paired automatically. I can switch between off and standby or regular
headphones with no problems.

Hi Lisa.

Thank you very much. I have 1 more question, how is the sound quality when

using the headset for answering or making a call.

Cheers Annie.

Hi. I have the AfterShokz Bluez, which is the Bluetooth version of their

sports headphones with mic. You really can hear your surroundings
because the headphones fit just in front of your ear leaving the ear
uncovered. The headphones are attached to a band that fits over your ears

and goes behind your head. They took a bit to get used to, but they're
actually quite comfortable and fit well even though they're a loose fit.

The controls are quite simple. There's a answer/end call on the left ear

that also allows you to use SIRI if you press and hold the button.
There's an identical button on the right ear that starts and pauses
music. The other functions are on the headband, so you'd need to reach
behind your head to access them. There's a micro USB port with a small,

flimsy swivel cover, the on/off switch that also doubles as the pairing
switch, and a volume rocker switch.

I'm not sure about charging out of the US. Mine came with a USB cable
that I can connect to a PC or a wall charger. So far, I've just used my

wall charger, which is the same one I use for other USB devices. The
included cable seems fairly standard and would probably work with other
things with a micro USB port.

Just ask if you have more questions.

Hi.

I am in doubt about which of the aftershokz headphones I should buy. I
think I will buy the bluetooth model, but what will you recommend. I
think I can get allowed to buy them on amazon.

Best regards Annie.
