Hi Eric, I have the plantronics m165 ear piece and since I upgraded to the 
iPhone 5I have had the same problem. When it was on the four s I had absolutely 
no issues with it and it worked great, now the only thing it won't do is work 
with the phone. I contacted apple and they scratched their head and thought it 
might be some problem with the iPhone 5and the way it routes calls but in truth 
I don't think they had a clue, I also went to vodaphone and got even less help 
their. Hopefully you get a answer, as when I posted a similar question I got no 
replies at all. Good luck and I hope there is a cure for this problem. Cheers
