thanks so much for reply, i wrote to them now and am waiting reply. i called the apple care, they helped me many times before in many issues but now they asked me to go to expresslane.apple.com i told them that the site is not ok with screen readers they told me that, this is the only solution. does anyone tried this site? thanks so much
