Hello Dan,
You must not have seen Esther's message yesterday. In order to make sure you don't miss this one I CC'd you directly as well. Either one of the 2 options listed in her message work and are as straight forward as can be. In both cases you end up on a webpage with an edit field where you enter your email address, then there is a combo box with options where "Subscribe" is the first one and already selected in both cases. All you have to do after typing in your email is click on "Subscribe". OK, here is Esther's message with the 2 links which allow you to subscribe, as I said, either one works and is straight forward: -----Original Message----- From: viphone@googlegroups.com [mailto:viphone@googlegroups.com] On Behalf Of Esther Sent: Tuesday, July 30, 2013 11:51 AM To: viphone@googlegroups.com Subject: Subscribing to Sendero's GPS discussion list [was Re: looking for a seeing eye gps list] Hi Dan, Andy, and Others, I posted this information earlier this month, and although it's in the archives it's probably easier to just repeat it here. Note that I also give the web site for this discussion list at freelists.net, which has a "Subscribe" option, but I personally used the Sendero's group pages. I give the freelists web site pages for those who want to read that list's archives without necessarily subscribing and getting more email. <begin quote> Hi All, There have been some questions about how to subscribe to the gps-talk mailing list for information on Sendero's Seeing Eye GPS app. You can visit the web page for the Sendero Group's Email lists and sign up to join their GPS discussion list, and also manage your subscriptions at: http://senderogroup.com/social_media/email.htm It also appears that you may be able to subscribe to the list and manage your subscriptions directly from the FreeLists web page for this list at: http://www.freelists.org/list/gps-talkusers >From that page you can also check the List Archives, including accessing the link to the current month's (July 2013) discussions: http://www.freelists.org/archive/gps-talkusers/07-2013 HTH. If there are any corrections to be made, please reply to this post. Most of the discussion about the gps-talk list appears to be buried in other threads.
