Yup, that is what I have is Jaws and IE and I have found that it is a pain. I'll try it again. I'm going to have a look at GV Connect where the phone number is and see what if anything happens when you double tap on it. Kay Malmquist [email protected]

BTW, I did this for real for myself quite a while ago, and I bet I was using NVDA or JAWS and probably Firefox, although it might have been IE. I don't recall, but given my various experiences with Google Contacts and Google Voice, it could have been pretty frustrating.
