Hey Chris, I have a iPhone 4S and it too is sometimes painfully sluggish. Sometimes restarting the app or rebooting the phone helps, sometimes not. I think that is just how it goes with computers. Not to say that an upgrade wouldn't help. I'm just saying that, with devices like this, I think that dealing with some sluggishness is just part of it. Thanks, Scott Duck
