Ok, passing thought. If you write a note in the Notes app, I'm sure you can edit it. I'm sure you can double tap on the text field to go to the end, or start, and just type some more; or paste what you write in mBraille. Then tap Done to save the additions.
For something else to play with, when you re-open a note, find the edit menu, select all, Copy (to clipboard), then go to mBraille and put that in a blank edit field and navigate and edit to your hearts content; it will be there, changes and all when you switch back to Notes and the open note to paste your changes.
