Hi all,

I found Alarmed works very well with my requirements, which is every 2 hour
alarmed for one, and every 4 hours for another.

Alarmed itself is free, but you can get an advance package on top of that. the
paid advance package is very worth it for the price you pay. It allows you to
have dayminder, which allow you to set reminder in the frequency that you need,
from 30minutes onwards to whichever frequent you desire.

Thanks for all the helps and suggestions

Regards
Joanne (AU)
