Hi Hank, What about iTunes do you find not accessible? If you are having difficulties navigating and using iTunes which in fact has been extremely accessible for a number of years, I highly recommend you listen to Jonathan Mosen's 2-series Podcast about using iTunes 11 with Jaws 14.
