NO!... is the bald truth of it, though you can use things like Ubidisk and Phonedrive to get media and data to the device in a manner you can play it. Having said that, Jail-breaking can give that sort of access, supposing you really want to try that. I haven't.
Old Nokia and android still have something going for them, but VO and reliability still win out for me.
