Hello Chuck and and Sieghard, Thanks for the explanation on where to the Emoticon keyboard. I was close, but no cigar. I couldn't remember the name of the keyboard to add. I was trying to instruct my sighted husband on how to get this on his iPhone 5. Task completed.
