Is this in the IPhone 5?
I have the IPhone 4S, and can't find the keyboard you spoke about in the
below message.

Hi Eileen,
Best way to get Emoticons is to add the "Emoji" keyboard to your list of
available keyboards. Do this as follows:
Go to Settings, General, Keyboards, then find "emoji" under "e" in the
alphabetical listing of keyboards and select it.
Now, when ever the virtual keyboard comes on the screen, you have a button
between Dictate and More numbers which allows you to switch between the
regular English US keyboard and the Emoji keyboard. On the Emoji keyboard
you have several tabs along the bottom which give you a ton of Emoticons.
If you dictate a text message with SIRI and just want to insert or add a
quick simple emoticon like a smiley face, you can just tell SIRI "smiley
face" after you finish dictating your text message and it will put it in.
