Hi Kay, I believe that a reset of the phone’s data will reset to factory defaults, which will then bring back the iOs restrictions.
You can find this in the settings>general>Reset>erase all contents and settings. I’ve had to do this once or twice while I’ve owned the phone and simply set up the back up I had on my computer.
