David, I assume the app stores your recordings; what options do you have for sending them to a PC, another app, etc.?

You will need to use the iPhone's built-in mic and speaker if using list recorder. Be aware that the volume of the iPhone is usually set to 50% when you start the recording. Open list recorder.
