I hardly ever actually flick on my phone, it annoys me because I have to hear everything, As it is now about 80% of the time my fingers just know where to go in many apps.

When you are flicking through a page, you are not locating the button's actual physical location on the touchscreen. If you know where the button is physically on the screen, you just need to touch that spot again to be on the button again. Placing your finger on the actual physical location of the button uses spatial orientation. Flicking to the button utilises serial computer navigation, not physical spatial orientation.
