Hi, yes I use it for Dropbox and Google drive music playbak. It works
well. Sometimes the interface when you add a new account can be a bit
tricky, but I would still give the app about a 90 or 95 percent voice
over accessibility rating if such things existed.

When I set it up to collaborate with a friend, I didn't think it
was very accessible. When I looked this time it had improved a lot
and they had a link to a more accessible version which worked even
better. I installed their IOS app on my IPhone and found it be very
VO friendly as well.
