First yes you can double tap on movies then you can double tap on search or genres to search for a movie. As far as a app for telling you that music is on cell usually you get a emails from apple reguarding music on cell. As far as a wish list in iTunes on the iPhone I don't see a option to create a wish list but there is probably one in iTunes.
