Drop the music files into "automatically add to iTunes" iTunes does the
rest and places the files where they need to go.

Sorry, I know this was discussed before but I did not have
to do it at that time. I copied all the files from my
library to an external hard drive and on the win7 pc I
pasted the files to the place where iTunes stores the
library content but iTunes still only sees the five albums
which were there before. Must I add the albums from the file
menu via the "copy folder" or what did I do wrong?
