Hello,

I forgot my password and have been trying to reset.  However, when I type in
my email to receive a message that will allow me to reset, the message does
not show up in my inbox.  It has always done so before, so I don't know what
the problem is.  So, I thought I would just create a new account, but when I
attempt to give the same email address, I'm told an account already exists
with that address.  Why is the email not showing up.  I have looked in my
spam/junmail folder, but it's not there either.  Any assistance would be
appreciated, as there are several aps I want to download to my iphone.
