You could use a sim cutter to cut the sim card, but a much better
approach is to simply go to an at&t store and switch to a nano sim
card. You will be able to keep the same phone number, they just need to
update your account with the new sim's serial number. You can get
adapters that allow you to use smaller sim cards in phones that use a
larger size. I actually have a nano sim, and I have adapters that will
allow the card to work in phones that use micro or full size sim cards.
Had to get the adapters on ebay, surprisingly most cell phone stores
don't carry them, I guess most people don't swap their sim card between
phones very much.

Hi all.
I have an iPhone 3GS which I am looking to upgrade from. Is it possible
to make a standered SIM card work in say the iPhone 5s gfor example? If
not, how hard would it be to get a number transferred to a nano sim as
I think that is what is Bering used. I have AT&T as my carrier.
Thanks
Matthew
