I wish I could give you a step by step but it's one of those programs where clicking on some of the links appear to do nothing but if you do a screen redraw and review the screen carefully, you will find other links. Sometimes you even have to route the mouse cursor to one of the choices and left click even though it doesn't show up as any type of link or control. Sort of similar to the kind of stuff you have to do on the Google Voice web pages.
I'm running WindowEyes 8.3 so your milage may vary with other screen readers meaning your experience may be better or worse.
