I just checked out that setting, but it was already turned off. I do remember that when I used the rotor or my Braille display to look at the affected word, the letters were missing. It's as if someone scanned the book or something and the first few letters of the page got cut off in the process. I can't think of any other way to explain it. And I know Kindle books when't scanned copies, as is the case with BookShare. Thanks anyway, though.
