Hi all! I talked to Apple and found out that the update is only available on the devices right now. It has not been released to iTunes yet. Also the person I talked to to told me how to stop phone calls during the update. Turn on airplane mode. There is an option to leave Wifi on. Be sure that Wifi is left on. This way the update will not be interrupted. God Bless, Wren
