Hi,
This one is an option (a rotor option to be exact). To turn this
off, go to Settings/General/ACCESSIBILITY/VoiceOver/Rotor.
Container option is towards the bottom of the list.
Think of containers as areas or groupings of related controls.
For instance, containers can be used to move to different Mail
app controls without going through different message properties,
such as jumping to navigation header, mail properties and message
options (reply, forward, etc.) by using container flicks.

Just curious. If not an option, does anyone have help on how to
best use them? I tried an iPad with them, and couldn't get the
hang of them.
