Hi there I have an iphone 5 and I want to know how to set up or get io7? Now sorry but I haven't been paying attention as usual, but when I go into my update on my iphone, it tells me I'm up to date. Surely it hasn't just updated it for me has it? Here's hoping. No seriously. Please help. Thanks.

I have IOS downloaded on my iphone and in settings it says one new item. When I click on instal and accept the terms of use, it says something like verifying and after a minute or two I get error saying that update is not available at the moment. Is there anything I could do about it? Thank you for your help in advance.
