Hello Joseph:

I cannot reproduce the two bugs that you list first in your bug list in the 
note below. My lock screen announces almost immediately after I hit the lock 
button. I also get appropriate prompts when I swiped three fingers right to 
unlock the screen. What iPhone are you using? I am using an iPhone five. Thank
