One really nice thing is that the playback control features work with the in-line remote on the Apple earpods and other accessories with these controls.
It is rare that I get really excited about an app but I have to say that this one is actually affecting me a little. It feels like I am eight years old and just got a new toy! I was given the impression that the search and download features would not be as tightly integrated into the app as they are. I thought we would have to use a separate browser to select books and add them to a wish list. This thing is really solid. I would encourage those who do not understand how to use a specific feature to take the time to read the manual--but I'm sure that anyone who is asking basic questions on this list probably didn't even take the time to read my message, let alone read a user manual. Remember that the instructions for how to enable airplay are for iOS6 and airplay does not work the same in iOS7 in that it is not done from the app switcher. Use the control center to set it.
