To those, I'd like to add some few items drawing people attention to the very poor management of Braille reading in IOS: a) Braille refresh often dramatically slows down while right panning; b) panning left while in the last Braille window of a paragraph, will bring the display to the beginning of that paragraph instead of the previous 14/18/32 characters of it, acting as a "beginning of paragraph" command instead of PanLeft command; c) there isn't an option like "no word wrap", allowing the Braille reader to take advantage of all its Braille cells while right/left panning; d) there isn't an option to automatically stop VO talking whenever a Braille display reading button is pressed. Just to list the major inconveniences or limitations I find in the IOS Braille support.
