To rename a folder: Focus on a folder then execute a 2-finger double-tap and hold. You'll hear a cool little sound effect. Now you can rename your folder. When you have finished simply double-tap on "save."
I used this method to remove the word "folder" after every folder. Since I already know it's a folder, seems a bit redundant. <Smile>.
