Hi, I am not going to have my iPhone 5S for a couple more weeks since when I ordered it yesterday The Apple Store app said 7 to 10 days for shipping. Anyhow, once your finger prints are scanned there really shouldn't be any accessibility issues since all you have to do it place your finger onto the home key for it to recognize it and unlock the phone. While I haven't seen any messages from people who got their phones at a store yesterday regarding setting up the finger prints, I'd be surprised if Apple had made this process not accessible.
