To download from your library, you need to click on cloud where you see the choices cloud, device, and another one I can't remember. If you click on cloud, you should see a list of books in your library. If you are on device, you will only see books on your phone. I have an iPhone 5, and things are working fine. Let me know if this gets you anywhere. I'll try to figure out what's wrong if you are still having problems.
