If one opens the Clock app and sets the alarm manually one can use a checkbox to configure it to turn off permanently via the iDevice buttons, but if one wants to set a quick alarm using Siri then one can't use the buttons to accept the alarm with no snooze.

If snooze is on, then the power button puts the alarm in snooze mode and there is a message on the lock screen that states Clock is snoozing. So, if anyone wants to be able to turn off their alarm from the lock screen with the power button, they just need to make sure that snooze is turned off in that particular alarm.
