Have you restarted your phone since the upgrade? The 2-finger double tap works for me and I suspect that it will for you after you shut down your phone, wait 30 seconds and start it back up. Oh, and I recommend you throw all apps out of the app switcher before you reboot. Remember that after you do a restart you first have to start playing music in the Music app or play audio in another app like Audible or Downcast before the 2-finger double tap will work. But do that after you restart your phone, then exit the app to the home screen and try it. I actually lost the 2-finger double tap functionality once or twice even before the 7.02 update and even on my Bluetooth keyboard F8 wouldn't work, each time everything was back to normal once I restarted the phone.
