Hello,
Is it possible in IOS7 to turn on VO without Siri? I mean if no internet
connection (Wi-Fi or 3g) is available and there is no computer with iTunes
installed. If the answer is no, wouldn't it be great if you can turn VO on
using your voice? I think we should give this idea to the Apple's
accessibility team. Turning on or off accessibility options would be helpful
for different groups disabled users, I think.
