Does this include iOS devices purchased online either from Apple or your
carrier? Just curious!

Hi troy,
All iDevices if they are new out of the box and have not been set up turn on
Voiceover if you triple click the home key right away after you power the
device on. Apple has made this the default so as long as you don't get
somebody to go through the initial setup for you this will work.

Then how was my new IPhone I ordered from verizon able to do the tripple
home click right out of the box? I'm sure verizon did not know I was blind
when they sent it. I'm just trying to understand.

Right, this will only work if it's done with the initial set up. If
the phone was set up without using voiceOver then triple click home
won't work until you go into Settings -> General _> Accessibility and set
it up.

Yes, I could if it is set up this way. But when I received my iPhone
it was not so. Also after restore it doesn't work.

Can't you just use the triple click of the home button?

Hello,
Is it possible in IOS7 to turn on VO without Siri? I mean if no
internet connection (Wi-Fi or 3g) is available and there is no
computer with iTunes installed. If the answer is no, wouldn't it be
great if you can turn VO on using your voice? I think we should
give this idea to the Apple's accessibility team. Turning on or off
accessibility options would be helpful for different groups
disabled users, I think.
