Heil, I heard the same thing. A person from Apple said that it is not a good idea to hold down the power and the home button and do that type of reset, because it can damage the operating system. That reset is only supposed to be used if the phone freezes up. I am not trying to be argumentative, just trying to share information. God bless, Wren
