Hi Tom,
If this is in relation to the GoldWave program, then the LAME file included
in the package is out-dated, so I wouldn't even bother to install that file,
as GoldWave now has a utility that will download and install the latest
version of the encoder, so, just feel free to cancel that message, and when
GoldWave asks you if you want to download and install the MP3 encoder, press
the spacebar on the yes button, and it'll do it's thing.
