You ar right. Susan bennit is the voice for voice over.
I can tell when she narrates, and also does the on hold messages, got that
from the website you gave.

I would love to know who does the Tom voice. I'm not sure if this is still
the case, but I think the person who did that did the voice prompts for

I met the chap who recorded the voice that became Nuance’s Daniel at a
conference recently – he’s called Jon Briggs and he said that, if we were
thinking that his voice sounded familiar, then it’s because he is the
voice of Siri and half the station announcements in the UK too. Actually
in my station of Warwick he’s literally half the announcements as he
announces all the Northern-bound trains while a nice lady does the
South-bound ones.
