Yes, the message as I heard on another list is the site is online but no technical support, no new books or magazines. I guess someone in the government got upset when they could not access a site, probably not Bard, by the way. I got my books from my wish list that I forgot to do on Monday.
So, we can access but will not see anything new until they figure out this mess we are in.
