Hopefully eventually you will just be able to do a search, then
download the book without having to deal with the wish list.

You can download books directly to your iPhone from the recently added
books list in the BARD Mobile app. You cannot add books to your wish
list from the recently added books list in the BARD Mobile app. You can
get the book summaries in the recently added books list by double
tapping the more info button.
