Hi James and Sieghard. I was able to use Internet Explorer 8 on my VM of XP with NVDA and filled out the form without any of the problems you speak of. I got an email back after that saying that they're not going to send a reply so that kinda makes me a bit weary that they won't do anything about it. I hope they do though.
