Hi,

Do you know for sure that the battery hasn't run out of charge? Are
you able to confirm visually that the phone is not off? In these
situations it's usually worth connecting the phone to a wall outlet
and leaving it for a few minutes, just to double check that a charge
won't solve the problem as it would be a shame to go through the
restore process if the problem was a simple low battery related one.
