Hi John,

Can you explain "is not so good when making/receiving calls"? What is your
iPhone doing or not doing? Maybe somebody on the list has recommendations,
but you have to provide specific examples about what is happening.

Regards,
Sieghard

Subject: making and receiving calls since the upgrade

Hi all,
Since the upgrade my iphone 4 s seems not as good when making and
receiving calls.
First of all to save lots of battery life I went in to settings,
general accessability then I checked reduce motion to be on as this
saves lots of battery life.
found this out from a brilliant podcast look at
www.frequencycast.com
my samsung galaxy s iii is far better when making and receiving calls.
hear in the uk I am with vodafone with my iphone and t mobile on the
samsung.
wonder if the iphone 5 is better for making and receiving calls after
all it's meant to be a phone.
