Hi everyone. Anybody using AT&T's next program, wherein you can get an iPhone 5S by only paying taxes on the phone? I was told gone are the days of buying the phone outright. I was told you can upgrade every 12 months. I was told each time a new iPhone comes out, you can upgrade without penalty.
