William, I have had the program for over a month. I am having the same problem. It works wonderful as long as I am playing my music from dropbox from the Internet. But, I have not been able to create any off-line folders also, if I add new music files to my dropbox, they don't show up in CloudBeats unless I uninstalled the app and install it over again. I must be doing something wrong. Maybe someone will come to our rescue.
