I'll try someof these - yes to a Windows usb keyboard,   that's the only 
sort I got.
Note:  the keys are called something else and tend to be in a different 
order.  Ctrl is Control of course,  Option is the alt key,  and Command is 
the Windows key.  The Application key at the other end don't seem to 
interpret to anything Mac at all.
I think Command-F5 starts VO for the first time,  so Windows-F5 on your 
keyboard.
The VO keys are Control-Option, hwich is ctrl-alt on the Windows keyboard.
so anything that says VO keys and something else, will mean 
ctrl-alt-whatever.

I think VO-H is Help, VO help that is,  and VO-K for keyboard practice; in 
both cases, this is going to be ctrl-alt-H or K respectively.

You have a number keypad if you have it on your keyboard;  which you have.

Suggest the magic track pad as that makes the mac work just like your 
iPhone. Slide your finger about and double tap things, and so on.  It's the 
same VoiceOver.
