Hello, I'm trying to combine my Tap Tap See ap with my Google Goggles ap in a folder on my home screen. This is the first time I've attempted to create a new folder since upgrading to IOS7.02, and even though I'm able to move the ap and it tells me, "On Goggles," it's not creating a new folder for me.
