Speaking of asking Siri what it can do is that what the help button does?

I updated my IPad to IOS 7.02 and asked Siri that same question there is no
answer. I have asked the same question about ten times on different days
and no response. If I asked her the time or something else Siri response
right away so I know Siri is working. I just don't understand why on IOS 7
she does not responded to that question at all. Anyone have any ideas why
this would be?
